Monroeville Community Park

Richard was Lead Consultant to the Municipality for the Monroeville Community Park. Duties included site selection, community design charette, master planning, park programming, community center programming and architect selection.

The eight million dollar Phase One development includes: a two-mile walking trail, thirteen soccer fields, four baseball/softball fields, community picnic area, a court complex including six tennis courts, two basketball courts, two sand volleyball courts, bocce courts and a playground.

Also featured is a botanical garden including a wedding gazebo, bird/butterfly garden, Japanese garden, native shade garden, display gardens and a children’s maze.
